Welcome to FC Draft (“the Game”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using FC Draft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use FC Draft.
If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Game.
2. User Accounts
Users may create an account using email registration or approved third-party authentication services.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your account.
Keeping your password confidential.
All activity conducted through your account.
You must not share, sell, transfer or otherwise provide access to your account to any third party.
3. Virtual Coins, XP and Rewards
FC Draft may include virtual items including but not limited to:
Coins
XP
Levels
Player Cards
Collections
Packs
Rewards
These items:
Have no real-world monetary value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be sold or traded outside FC Draft.
Remain the property of FC Draft at all times.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, reset or rebalance any virtual item or progression system at any time.
4. Fair Play
Users must not:
Use cheats, exploits or automated software.
Attempt to manipulate pack openings, rewards or progression systems.
Interfere with the operation of the Game.
Access accounts belonging to other users.
Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute game systems or content without permission.
Any breach may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
5. User Content
Where users are permitted to submit content, messages, usernames or profile information, such content must not:
Be unlawful or offensive.
Contain hate speech or discrimination.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Impersonate another person or organisation.
We reserve the right to remove content without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All game content, including but not limited to:
Logos
Design elements
Code
Graphics
Databases
Text
Features
are owned by or licensed to FC Draft and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Game without written permission.
7. Availability
We aim to keep FC Draft available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may:
Modify features.
Suspend services.
Perform maintenance.
Remove content.
without prior notice.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user has:
Breached these Terms.
Engaged in abusive behaviour.
Attempted to exploit game systems.
Caused harm to the Game or other users.
Termination may result in the loss of virtual items, progress and account access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FC Draft shall not be liable for:
Loss of data.
Loss of virtual items.
Loss of profits.
Service interruptions.
Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under UK law.
10. Privacy
Your use of FC Draft is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Game, you agree to the collection and processing of information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of FC Draft following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
